Obituary of Lena Stroscio

Lena M. Stroscio, 93, of Hobe Sound, Florida, died July 15, 2012 at Martin Medical Center, Stuart.

Born in Englewood, New Jersey, she had been a resident of Hobe Sound for 32 years coming from Leonia, New Jersey.

Prior to retiring she was a supervisor with New Jersey Bell Telephone in Englewood and had worked there for over 40 years.

She was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, Hobe Sound and the Telephone Pioneers.

Survivors include nephews, Robert Murgia of St. Cloud, Florida and Joseph Marcon of Hobe Sound and a niece, Lucille Bailey of Port St. Lucie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Stroscio; a brother, Charles Badalati and sisters, Katherine Murgia and Mary Macarone.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on July 20, 2012 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City with a service at 12:00 PM. Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Palm City.
