Obituary of Lera Osterhoudt
Lera Osterhoudt, 46, of Port St. Lucie, passed away unexpectedly January 24, 2014 at Traditions medical Center in Port St. Lucie. She was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL on April 5th 1967, and had been a resident of Port St. Lucie since 1997, having moved from Hobe Sound. She was a graduate of Jupiter High School in 1985. She had worked as a director for Hayes World Daycare; most recently she was a stay at home mom and Nana, doing what she loved, taking care of all of her family.
She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Bobby Osterhoudt of Port St. Lucie; 3 sons, Bret(Jen) Osterhoudt of Port St Lucie, Chad(Megen) Osterhoudt of Okeechobee and Bobby Dean(Elissa) Osterhoudt of Port St Lucie; grandchildren, Rhet, Shelby, Aiden, Aubrey, Baylee and Camileigh; brother, Lawrence Munch of Port St Lucie; step sister, Ginger Richmond of Wellington; step brother, 1st Lt. Richard Meldrum USMC; Sister in laws Bonnie(Wayne) Cox of Port St Lucie and Sandra Munch of Hobe Sound; Parents, Peggy Munch and Roger Meldrum of Port St Lucie, Fred and Ann Munch of Wellington; nephews and nieces, Cody Cox, Mikey, Marla, and Madison Munch and Katie Richmond as well as several cousin, aunts, uncles, extended family and dear friends.
