Obituary of Lina Seraphin

Lina Seraphin, 71, of Port St. Lucie, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Martin Medical Center, Stuart.

Born in Haiti, she had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 24 years coming from New York City.

Before retiring she was a healthcare provider.

She was a member of Grace Family Church, Port St. Lucie.

Survivors include her husband Barthelemy Seraphin of Port St. Lucie; her daughters, Norine Acevedo and her husband, Arrian Acevedo Sr. of Port St. Lucie and Linda Seraphin of West Palm Beach, FL; her sons, Ronald Seraphin and his wife Laquareus of Port St. Lucie and Patrick Seraphin and his wife Eva of Waxhaw, NC; her grandchildren, Azalea Acevedo, Arrian Acevedo II, Avander Acevedo all of Port St. Lucie, Patrick Seraphin Jr., Breanna Seraphin and Alyssa Seraphin all of Waxhaw, Darrion Miller, Nirvana Miller and Sieanna Miller all of Port St. Lucie; her great grandson, Josiah Miller; her sisters, Ida Lourdes Faustin of Long Island, NY and Laurette Louissaint and her husband, Josue of Ottowa, Canada and her brother, Frederick Lucien and his wife Cleante of Orlando, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anibal and Idelcia Collette Lucien and her brother, Thales Lucien.

There will be a service on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 11:00 AM at The Grace Family Church, 6300 W. Torino Parkway, Port St. Lucie. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
