Obituary of Lisa McCarty
Lisa Ann McCarty, 43, of Hobe Sound, passed away unexpectedly on January 19, 2009. She was born in Roseville, CA, and she had been a resident of Hobe Sound for 4 years, having moved from West Palm Beach. Lisa was a paramedic and firefighter, and had previously worked for Martin County Fire and Rescue.
She is survived by her mother, Concetta McCarty of Hobe Sound; grandmother, Clara Gazzuolo of Hobe Sound; brother, Michael McCarty of Ft. Myers; uncle, Vito Gazzuolo and aunt, Joan Gazzuolo; great uncle, Anthony Gazzuolo; great aunt, Lucy Sticco and her husband, Joseph; Niece, Amanda McCarty; cousins, Debra Gazzuolo and her husband, Kevin Ward and Daniel Gazzuolo; second cousins, Katie Gazzuolo , Aaron Gazzuolo, and several more second cousins; and dear friend, Heather Nichols.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul McCarty.
A gathering will be held on Saturday, 9 - 11:00A M, at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City chapel. A memorial service will follow immediately at 11:00AM in the Chapel.
