Obituary of Lloyd Daly

Lloyd F. Daly, Jr., 83 of Palm City, FL passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at his home. He was born in Davison, MI to Lloyd F. & Irene M. Daly, Sr. He was a Painter by trade. He formerly lived in Freeland, MI where he built and operated Area Painting Company, sub-contracting Commercial and Industrial painting and sandblasting work. He later built a Sandblasting Facility.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing as a young man. He was an avid golfer, belonging to Bay City Country Club in Michigan and The Evergreen Club, Palm City, Fl.

He leaves his wife of over 35 years Jean A. Daly, three daughters, Linda Baker, Deborah Cohoon and Tamara Batch; six grandchildren, Steven Benson, Michelle (Troy) Gundy, Aimee Nicole Cohoon, Matthew (Nicole) Cohoon, Phillip (Melissa) Batch and Todd Batch; five great grandchildren; a sister Kathleen DeWitt and a brother Darrell C. Daly. He is preceded in death by brothers, Myron and Leo, sisters Shirley, Ilene, Ermma and Marylyn.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Friday, October 25, 2012 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 26, 2013 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City. A reception will follow at the Evergreen Golf Club on Murphy Road in Palm City. Services are pending at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. Interment will be in Forest Holls Memorial Park, Palm City.
