Lorraine M. LoCasale of Stuart, Florida passed away on November 9, 2021, at the age of 89. Lorraine was born in Richmond Hill, NY. Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Elmer E. LoCasale, a dentist in Smithtown, NY and by her son, Michael LoCasale. Lorraine and her husband Elmer lived on Long Island for 30 years, enjoyed sailing, the Opera and  traveling before Lorraine moved to Stuart, FL. Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Lauretta Gallinaro and her husband Stephen, her three grandchildren Andrew, Lauren, Michelle (Mike) and her great grandchild Anthony. Lorraine is also survived by her Nephew Robert Sowinski and Nieces Joan Alverson and Ann Holthaus.  Lorraine's family would like to express their appreciation to her caregivers Myriam, Hyacinth, Yvonne and Candace. Lorraine was fortunate to have a thirty year friendship with her neighbors Jim and Roz LeFevre while living in Stuart, FL. Lorraine was a legal secretary before she became a full time mother.  Lorraine loved cooking, playing bridge, singing, playing classical piano music, and was dedicated to her family. Lorraine had a strong Catholic faith and volunteered many hours teaching religious education and helping others.

A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, November 19th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew Catholic Church , 2100 SE Cove Road, Stuart, FL 34997.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Alzheimer's  Foundation of America.
