Louis Bertoncini, 76, of Palm Beach Gardens, passed away December 6, 2007 in Stuart. He was born May 6, 1931 in Massapequa, NY. He had been a resident of Florida for 9 years, moving from Lindenhurst, NY. Louis had been an operating engineer in construction before retirement. He was a member of the operating engineers union, local #138.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lucille Bertoncini of Palm Beach Gardens; daughters, Karen McGinn Elmore of Palm City, Mary Lou Layeni of Lake Mary, Maria Dolginko of West Babylon, NY; sons, Louis Bertoncini of West Islip, NY, Robert Bertoncini of Seaford, NY, Steven Bertoncini of West Babylon, NY and eleven grandchildren.
