Obituary of Louis Raucci

Louis "Luigi" Raucci, 84, of Port St. Lucie, FL, died September 13, 2013, at his home.

Born in Hamden, Connecticut, he was a resident of Stuart for 25 years coming from, Nevada.

During World War II he served in the US Army.

Prior to retirement he was musician, playing at several of the local nursing homes, clubs and private functions.

He was of the Catholic Faith and was a member of the Sons of Italy and the VFW in Port St. Lucie.

Survivors include daughters, Gail Frudakus and Louise Goldfield and a son, Louis Raucci Jr. all of California; brothers, Daniel Raucci of Connecticut and John Raucci of Stuart, FL, former wife, Sarah and seven grandchildren, He was preceded in death by his wife, Helga and eight siblings.

SERVICES: There will be a memorial service at 10 00 AM on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with military honors provided by the US Army. Inurnment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, FL.
