Obituary

Lou, beloved husband of Rosalie Ehrenberg was born in Antwerp, Belgium in 1934. He was a child in hiding during the Holocaust.

His first career was as a Microbiologist/Biochemist. He put himself through law school at night in three years becoming an International Trade Lawyer and immediately opened his own law firm.

He was the father of two from a previous marriage, grandfather of five, brother and uncle.

After moving to Florida he became a volunteer/supporter of The Jewish Museum of Florida, The Holocaust Documentation Center, the Flat Rock Park Foundation in, Flat Rock, NC where he and his wife spent summers and Temple Beit HaYam in Stuart, Fl.

His passion was to speak with students about his Holocaust experience in order to teach them the extent of harm that hatred causes.

In addition to his wife he will be missed by many old friends and newer ones and by his cat, Billie Bob.
