Lucille A. Massar, 76, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on January 2, 2019 at Jupiter Medical Center, Jupiter, Florida

Born in Paterson, New Jersey, she had been a resident of Palm City for 17 years coming from Fairfield, NJ.

Before retiring she was a secretary in education.  She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City and a Knights of Columbus Columbiette.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Massar, her son, Steven and his wife Toni of Stuart, his daughter, Tracey Horutz of Fort Pierce; her granddaughter, Nicole Horutz of NYC and Michelle Horutz of Fort Pierce and her brother, Frank Schumacher and his wife Jane of Wayne, NJ.

Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City, FL with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.
