Lydia D. Finley (Poscente)
Lydia was born in Waterbury Connecticut, the youngest daughter of Dominic Poscente and Pia Cricchi.
Lee graduated from Wilby high school in Waterbury, where she learned the skills to work side by side with her beloved husband the late Robert Lewis Finley.
Lee was a head turner in her day but more importantly, beautiful on the inside. She was an amazing cook and her parties were legendary. She loved to dance and besides her husband, one of her favorite partners was her nephew.
In her later years, she discovered that she was quite artistic and mastered a lot of different pursuits including painting, stained glass and jewelry.
Lee was blessed with an ambition, fearlessness and an absolute wicked sense of humor that she loved to share with her friends and family.
Lee is survived by a son Robert Jr and his wife PJ, her loving daughter Kristine Martelli and devoted son-in-law Louis and a very much loved grandson Kyle Orde.
Lydia had many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends that will miss her deeply.
