Obituary of Lynn Duerr

Dr. Lynn Dee Duerr, 65, of Ponce Inlet, FL, passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2015 in Palm City, FL. She was born in Salem, OH, and had moved to Ponce Inlet a year and a half ago from Terra Haute, IN. She had been a Dietician, and was a professor of Dietician at Indiana State, Kent State and Akron University. She was a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Ponce Inlet Women's Club and the Garden Club.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Karl Duerr of Ponce Inlet; father, George Mitchell (Carolyn) of Poland, OH; mother, Patricia Giovanetti of Canfield, OH; sister, Pam Mitchell of NJ; brother, Mark Mitchell of Hubbard, OH; step-brother, Steve Heck of Oakland, CA and 4 nieces and nephews.
