Obituary of Margaret Landwehr
Margaret Landwehr, 94, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on October 29, at Martin Medical Center, Stuart.
Born in Showers, PA., she was a resident of Stuart for over 30 years coming from Broward County, Florida. She moved to Florida from Woodbury, NJ.
Before retiring she had been owner/operator with her husband of a restaurant/tavern in Pompano Beach, Florida.
She was a founding member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City, where she was a member of the Women's Guild and participated in many Guild activities. She also was a former member of Jensen Beach Women's Association, Jensen Beach Garden Club, Welcome Wagon North and Rainbow Wheel Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Catherine Landwehr of Delray Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward J. Landwehr and eleven siblings.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 PM on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with a Vigil Prayer Service at 3:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 4, 2013, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City. Interment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
