Obituary of Maria Serra

Maria M. Serra, 73, died December 19, 2007, at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart, FL

She was born in Santa Clara, Cuba, and came to the United States in 1961, and resided in Illinois until 1986 when she moved to Palm City, FL.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years Juan J. Serra, M.D. of Palm City; son, Jose E. Serra, M.D. of Palm City and Alfredo F. Serra of Valencia, CA. Survived also by 5 grandchildren; Anna Snyder of Port St. Lucie, FL; Joseph Serra of Palm City, FL; Cameron Serra of Valencia, CA; Chelsea Johnson of Stuart, FL; Chase Serra of Valencia, CA and 3 great-grand children.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2007 from 1PM - 4PM and service following the visitation at Forest Hills Funeral Home. Burial will be held Monday, December 24, 2007 at 10AM at Forest Hills memorial Park, Palm City, FL.
