Obituary of Marilyn Savastano

Marilyn Savastano, 82, of Port St. Lucie FL, died January 26, 2013 at her home.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, she had been a resident of the Treasure Coast for 33 years coming from Hazlet, New Jersey.

She was a homemaker. She also had worked as a secretary and bookkeeper

Survivors include her husband of 30 years, James Savastano of Port St. Lucie; sons, Michael Gerber and his wife, Melissa and Randy Gerber all of Port St. Lucie and Jimmy Savastano and his wife Donna of Nesconset, New York; daughters, Robin Martens and her husband Charles of Port St. Luce and Diane Berstrom and her husband Jay of Tampa, Florida; thirteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband Carl J. Gerber and a daughter Karen Kelly.

SERVICES: There will a graveside service at 1:00PM on January 29, at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City. Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel.
