Mario LaHara, 76, of Jensen Beach, Florida, passed away on September 15, 2021,
surrounded by family and friends.
He was born to parents Giuseppi and Rosa LaHara, on March 6, 1945, in Napoli,
Italy. When he was a young teenager, he moved to Canada with his family. In his
early twenties he moved to New York where he started his career as a baker. After
learning everything there was to know about the bakery business he opened up his
own bakery and became a successful business man.

He married Yolanda, the love of his life, in 1976, who survives him. Mario is also
survived by his daughters, Rosalynn and Liz and sons, Victor, Steve, and Peter as well
as a host of grandchildren.

Mario was known for his love of cooking, baking, gardening, and soccer. His favorite
past time was family gatherings around the kitchen table, where he shared his wealth
of wisdom with everyone as well as delicious meals. Mario was also a provider in so
many ways and made sure his family always came first.

The memorial service will be held on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 1 p.m. at the
Forest Hills Memorial Park & Palm City Chapel, burial to follow.
