MARK FRANCIS DESROSIER, 61 died on Jan 20, 2020 at his home in Stuart FL following a fierce battle with pancreatic cancer.

Mark was BORN on JUNE 11, 1958 in West Lafayette, IN to Francis L Desrosier and Aileen M ( Blanchard) Desrosier.

He graduated from Laurel High School, Laurel MD, Class of 1976 and received a BS in Computer Science from University of MD College Park in 1985.

Mark worked as a computer engineer for IBM in the Washington DC area for many years before retiring to Palm City, Florida in 2002.  Mark & his family embraced the Florida coast lifestyle with appreciation & enthusiasm. Mark enjoyed all aspects of boating, walking the beaches and windsurfing the causeway. Watching the sunset and the moonrise at the House of Refuge was a favorite tradition of his.

Mark was predeceased by his wife, Judy Howser, after 23 years of marriage.

He is survived by his daughter Jillian Howser Desrosier of Port St Lucie, his fiancé Liz McGuire of Stuart, his parents Francis & Aileen Desrosier of Palm City, his sister Chris Ann Sullivan of Georgetown MA, his brother Paul Desrosier of Frederick MD and their families.

A service will be held Saturday, February 1st, 2020 at 2:00 PM at the Covenant Fellowship Baptist Church, 2880 SE Aster Lane, Stuart, with Pastor Matt Price, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial gifts be made to Johns Hopkins as they continue pancreatic cancer research or to a charity of the donor's choice.
