Obituary of Marsha Yormak
Marsha Yormak, 66, of Palm City, FL, passed away March 26, 2008 in Stuart, FL. She was born August 23, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY. Marsha and her husband, Dr. Stanley S. Yormak, moved to Palm City in 1997 from Neponsit, NY. She was an interior designer, a member of the Temple Beit Hayam in Stuart, and a member of the Monarch Country Club.
Marsha was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother, and a cherished sister. She is now at peace with her beloved Stan.
Survivors include 2 sons, Dr. Jeffrey H. Yormak (Paula) of Chappaqua, NY and Jonathon K. Yormak (Jill) of New York, NY; a daughter, Jennifer Jones (Peter) of Palm City, FL; 2 sisters, Enid (Leonard) Boxer of New York, NY and Holly (Melvyn) Strupinsky of Neponsit, NY and 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Stanley S. Yormak in 2005, and her parents, Edward and Helen Feuer.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, with Rabbi Kendall officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
Shiva will be held Friday, Noon 4:00 PM and Saturday, 1:00 PM 4:00 pm at Marshas home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Treasure Coast, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34990 in Marshas memory.
