Obituary of Martha Smith
Martha C. Smith, 97, of Hobe Sound, passed away May 1, 2007 at her residence. She was born November 16, 1909 in Chicago, IL. She had been a resident of Hobe Sound since 1977, moving from Glidden, WI. She had worked in a variety of fields during her lifetime, including secretarial and a cook. She was a member of Community Baptist Church in Port Salerno, and past president of the Christian Fellowship in Ridgeway Mobile Home Park.
She is survived by her daughter Cynthia Schultz of Hobe Sound, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9:00AM 10:00 AM, Friday, May 4, 2007 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
A funeral service will follow immediately at 10:00AM in the funeral home chapel, with Pastor Dan Holland Officiating.
Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Treasure Coast, 1201 SE
