Martha Maria Zaccone, 90, of Stuart, Florida passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 peacefully surrounded by her family.

She was born on November 26, 1925 in Antwerp, Belgium, the daughter of Emiel Raets and Anna Philomena Dens.

Martha is survived by her children Rita Hagevik and husband Robert, Mark Zaccone and wife Janene, Dominick Zaccone and wife Lisa, Virginia Mathie and husband Jimmy; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sister Monique Torfs. She was predeceased by her husband of 57 years Dominick Charles Zaccone.

Martha was an artist and craftswomen. She enjoyed sewing and made over one hundred quilts for family and friends. She was an active member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Stuart, FL. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12th at Palm City Chapel in Palm City, FL. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:30 PM on Wednesday, July 13th at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart.
