Obituary of Mary Blazek
Mary Ellen Blazek, 87, of Hobe Sound, Florida, died June 7, 2011 at Jupiter Medical Center, Jupiter, Florida.
Born in Sharpsville, Pennsylvania, she lived in Hobe Sound for 40 year, coming from Locust Valley, New York.
She was a homemaker. She was member of St. Christopher Catholic Church where she was a member of the Women's Auxiliary. She also was a member of VFW Post 10132 in Hobe Sound and was a former member of the Stuart/Jensen Lodge 1870 BPO Elks.
Survivors include sons, Thomas L. Blazek and his wife Mary Lou of Monroe, North Carolina and Richard J. Blazek of Port St. Lucie; a grandson, Michael Blazek and his wife, Pamela and 2 great-grandchildren, Mikayla Blazek and Eliana Blazek. She was preceded in death by her husband Martin Blazek in 1979 and a granddaughter, Jennifer Blazek in 2004.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Jun 10,2011at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City with a service at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Palm City.
