Obituary of Mary Cassidy

Mary L. Cassidy 80, of Palm City, FL. passed away July 20, 2009 at Martin Memorial Hospital.

Mary was born May 1, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Palm City 14 years ago form Malverne, NY.

Mrs. Cassidy was a member of Cherry Valley Club in Garden City, NJ, Martin Downs Country Club, Palm City, Fl, Rosary Altar Society of Our Lady Of Lourdes, Malverne, NY, and Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years Joseph J. Cassidy of Palm City; daughter Ann Hughes of Marlton, NJ; son William R. Cassidy of Mt. Laurel, NJ and 6 grandchildren. She is predeceased by son Joseph J. Cassidy III.

Visitation will be Thursday July 23, 2009 at Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City Chapel from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a wake service at 7:00 pm.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday July 24, 2009 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church at 10:00 am.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society 865 SE Monterrey Commons Blvd, Stuart, Fl 34996 in memory of Mrs. Cassidy.
