Mary Claire Dragoni,  90 of Stuart FL passed away Friday, Aug. 17th at her home.

Born in Jersey City to Joseph and Anna Henchy, she was raised in Boonton, NJ.

After graduating Marywood University she entered the convent with the Maryknoll

Sisters and taught elementary school for seven years in both Guatemala and Nicaragua.

She moved to New York after leaving the convent and worked for various companies including AC Nielsen. She married Joseph Dragoni of Manhattan in 1963 and subsequently moved to Columbus OH, where she raised two sons. Retiring to Stuart FL, she was member of Willoughby Golf Club, and was an active member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. She is survived by her sons, Joseph Dragoni and wife Karen of Bronxville NY, and David Dragoni and wife Lauren of Powell OH and seven grandchildren.
