Obituary of Mary Limperis

Mary Limperis, 98, of Port St. Lucie, FL, died March 31, 2014 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Fort Pierce. She was born in Lykens, PA and had been a resident of Palm City, FL for over 30 years before moving to Port St. Lucie. She moved to Florida from North Caldwell, NJ.

Before retiring she was the secretary for her husband's commercial refrigeration business serving the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut tri-state area. She also had been the personal secretary to Eleanor Roosevelt at her New York residence.

She was of the Catholic Faith.

Survivors include Thomas Limperis, brother-in-law and Vacilia Limperis, sister-in-law of Long Island, NY and six nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herculis Limperis.

Services will be private and inurnment will be in the Forest Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum, Palm City, with her husband.
