Obituary of Mary McKevitt
Mary Adelaide McKevitt, 82, of Stuart, Florida, died September 1, 2010 at Martin Memorial Medical Center, Stuart.
Born in Quincy, Massachusetts, she was a long time resident of Stuart, coming from Merrick, New York.
She was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.
Survivors include a daughter Ellen Ceraulo and a son Christopher J. McKevitt; sisters, Paula T. Williams and Elaine R. Kenney and a brother, David S. Goodhue, Sr., all of Stuart; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, John J. McKevitt, on March 26, 2010; brothers, John M. Goodhue, Jr. and Kenneth V. Goodhue, Sr. and a sister, Jeanne E. Whittemore.
SERVICES: Friends are invited to a memorial service at 11:00 AM on September 22, 2010 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes - Palm City Chapel. A Memorial Mass will also be celebrated at 7:30 AM on November 28, 2010 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Stuart.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospices, 1201 SE Indian Street, Stuart, FL 34996 or at www.tchospices.org in Mrs. McKevitt's memory.
