Mary Roberts, aged 95, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 17, 2025, in Palm City, Florida.  She was born in New York City on December 6, 1929, to Mary and Marty Cotov, originating from Olib, Croatia.

Mary gave birth to her first and only son, Nick Barulic Jr., near their family home in Seaside Park, New Jersey, where her parents relocated after purchasing the Berkeley Seafood pound fishing company that later became the legendary Berkeley Seafood Fish Market and Restaurant bordering Island Beach State Park.  A born leader and advocate for women's rights, Mary was the first female to run all food distribution at the West Palm Beach Jai Alai for Ogden Foods and was responsible for implementation of the first electronic records and billing at St. Mary's Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida.

When not in her boss shoes, you could find Mary in her golf shoes and out on the course at Hammock Creek which she called her "heaven".  Mary is survived by her husband of 43 years, Lloyd Roberts, her daughter in law Carol, grandchildren Amy, Nick and Chris and her Great-Grandchildren Genevieve and Ally.

Services will be held at the Forest Hills Memorial Park & Palm City Chapel from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM on August 21, 2025.
