Obituary of Maxine Grondahl
Maxine Grondahl, 76, of Sebastian, Florida, died April 26, 2011 at Kindred Hospital, Riviera Beach, Florida.
Born in Gatzke, Minnesota, she lived in Vero Lake Estates, Sebastian for 16 years, coming from Palm City, Florida, where she lived for 21 years. She also lived in Naples, Florida and Alaska.
She was of the Lutheran Faith. Before retiring, she was a bank executive. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority in Naples.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Kenneth E. Grondahl of Sebastian; a daughter Lisa Moore of Palm City; a brother Ray McMillin of Gatske; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Douglas Grondahl; a brother Donald McMillin and a sister Faye A. Brandt.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 6PM - 8PM on April 28, 2011 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes - Palm City Chapel. A funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on April 29, 2011 in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow immediately in Forest Hill Memorial Park, Palm City.
Donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
