Obituary of Michael Arthur

Michael Thomas-Speziali Arthur, 21, died Thursday, March 1, 2007 in Brevard County, Florida.

Born in Orlando, FL, he resided in Stuart from 1994 to 1999, then moved to Vero Beach where he resided for four years. He moved to Alaska in 2003 and returned to Orlando in 2006.

Michael was a young man who was taken at a formative time of his life. His sense of humor entertained many friends and family. Michael knew how to have a good time and met a tragic accident in the pursuit of that desire. Michael has many wonderful shared fishing stories that will be told by his friends and family for many years to come. Michaels concern for his immediate familys well being was exposed on a daily basis. He could make friendships that were loyal and true everywhere he went, and in his actions showed how he truly loved them all. His desire to become a respectful, honorable, and loyal man was accomplished. Michael has left us all with lasting memories that will forever bring us joy.

He found enjoyment in the many fishing tournaments that he participated in with his father, Thomas Speziali Arthur, the time spent with his grandfather, Frank Becker, out on the golf course, learning how to dance from his grandmother, Judy Becker, hanging out on the town with his sister, , and making his mother, Brenda Arthur, proud and thankful for their quality time shared.

He is survived by his mother, Brenda Arthur of Orlando; father, Thomas S. Arthur of Anchorage, Alaska; sisters, Nichole Arthur, Laresa Tapia, Judy Arthur and Theresa Furrow, all of Orlando; brothers, Jacob Arthur of North Carolina, Nathan Arthur and Phillip Arthur, both of Orlando; nieces and nephew, Alora Thomas, Tavares Thomas, and Leah Furrow, all of Orlando.

Calling hours will be 11 AM to 1 PM Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at Forest Hills Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM, Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
