Obituary of Morton Shepard

Morton W. Shepard, JR. died May 31, 2013 at Waters Edge in Palm City, FL.

Mr. Shepard was born in Danbury, CT., and moved to Florida in 1982 from Hackettstown, NJ.

Prior to retirement he was a leather tanner. He was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Port Salerno, FL, Heritage Ridge Golf Club, Hobe Sound, FL, and was a veteran in the US Army, having served during WW II.

Survivors include his daughter Susan Burriss of Los Gatos, CA, son M. William Shepard of Port MacQuarie, Australia, brothers John B. Shepard of Denver, CO, William B. Shepard of Bethel, CT., 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his wife Elizabeth Shepard and brother George Shepard.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
