Obituary of Murray Kohn
Murray M. "Mickey" Kohn, 79, of Indiantown, Florida died April 18, 2011 at Raulerson Hospital, Okeechobee, Florida.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he was a resident of Indiantown for 20 years coming from Virginia Beach, Virginia. He also had lived in Bronx, New York and Peabody, Massachusetts.
Before retiring, he was a foreman with Crowder Construction in Virginia Beach and had also worked at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years Catherine E. Harrell Kohn of Indiantown; a son Walter Frizzell of Chesapeake, Virginia; daughters, Gwendolyn Bone of Norfolk, Virginia, Cynthia Warwick of Newport News, Virginia, Glenda Burnette of Williamsburg, Virginia and Charlene Brown of Virginia Beach; thirteen grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three siblings.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 10:30 to 11:30 AM on April 22, 2011at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with a service at 11:30 AM followed by interment in the Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
