Nancy was born in Chicago, IL on July 10th 1959 to the parents of Adlene Reid and Thomas Thurman. On May 22, 1982, Nancy married her high school sweetheart Jerome Brinson and three children were born from this union; Jerome Jr (deceased 1999) Angelica (29) and Thomas Brinson (26).

Nancy attended The Gilham Grammar School and Calumet High School in Chicago, IL. She acquired a high school diploma in 1977. She attended the Taylor & Jones Business School in 1978. Her specialized studies were business administration and marketing. She later attended McLester Bible School and completed courses in biblical studies, evangelism, and Sunday school success.

In 1987 the Brinson family made a transition from Chicago IL to the state of Florida. In 1992 she became employed with the City of Port Saint Lucie City Clerk's office as a secretary. Nancy was converted and accepted Christ in her heart at an early age. She attended the Holy Mount Zion Pentecostal Church in Chicago IL were she was very active in teaching Sunday school classes and child evangelism. She served as a Secretary of the youth department in the Midwest District for several years. She had a passion for intercessory prayer and singing in the gospel choir.

Nancy and her family joined PSL Faith Center in Port Saint Lucie in 1990 now known as All Nations Life Development Center. Nancy worked diligently in the marriage ministry with her husband Minister Jerome Brinson. Nancy was also ordained as a Pastor alongside her husband under Redeeming Love Ministry in 2011.

Nancy Brinson leaves to cherish her loving husband Dr. Jerome Brinson, one daughter Angelica Brinson and one son Thomas Brinson. She also leaves extended family, Cornelia Burns (cousin and God mother) Essie Howard (cousin), Calvin Thurman (uncle), Lela Wilson (aunt) and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.

Nancy Lynn Brinson was a powerful prayer warrior who fervently labored in prayer for her family, pastor, church and community. Her radiant smile and soft spirit combined with her eloquent words of wisdom inspired and motivated many. Nancy was admired by her family and coworkers for her standard of holiness and sanctification which was exemplified thru her moral behavior and life style.
