Obituary of Nancy Halik
Nancy Ann Halik, 84, died Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at Martin Memorial Hospital South in Stuart.
Born in New Haven, CT, she moved to Stuart in 1974 from New Jersey.
She was a retired secretary having worked in the insurance industry.
She was a former member of Eastern Star; active and past president of Sunshine Mobile Manor Association; and active with Deborah Lung and Heart Hospital. Her greatest joy was dancing. Where ever she was, if she heard music, her feet were tapping.
She is survived by her nieces, Carlin Buehler of South Plainfield, NJ and Connie Ricciardi of New York.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Halik and brother, John Hoffman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Treasure Coast Hospices, Inc., 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997.
No services are scheduled at Mrs. Haliks request. Burial will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillsfunerals.com.
