Nicholas L. Vasileff's Obituary
Nicholas L. Vasileff, 88, of Roxbury, CT and Palm City, FL passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart, FL.
Born in New York City he had been a long time resident of Connecticut and winter resident of Palm City.
During World War II he served in both the Merchant Marine and the U.S. Army.
Before retiring he was a landscape architect and had owned Vasileff Nurseries in Greenwich, CT which his father started in the 1920's. He was a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.
Survivors include his wife Susan Vasileff; his sons, Greg Vasileff and Todd Vasileff of Pomfret, CT; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
