Norma Wear, 79, of Palm City, Florida, died October 4, 2008 at Waters Edge, Palm City.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, she had been a resident of Palm City and Hutchinson Island for 24 years coming from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
She was a homemaker and had been a private school teacher in London, England.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Allan Wear of Palm City; a daughter, Alison Tobin of San Ramon, California; a son Paul Wear of Fremont, California and 2 grandchildren.
Services will be private.
