Obituary of Olimpio Filipe

Olimpio Filipe, 67, of Palm City, Florida died February 28, 2011 at his residence.

Born in Portugal, he was a resident of Palm City for 36 years coming from West Babylon, New York.

Before retirement, he was in the construction trade in New York, Florida, Georgia and Virginia for many years. He was a member of the Portuguese American Culture Club, Port St. Lucie, Florida.



Survivors include daughters, Gina Concotilli of Canyon County, California and Lisa Aldana of Winnetka, California; a brother Brasilino Filipe of Jensen Beach, Florida; a son Hallen Filipe of Brazil; his mother Gloria Filipe of Palm City; a sister Ina Lorenz of Palm City and 1 grandchild.

SERVICES: There will be a Memorial Gathering from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on March 4, 2011 with a service at 6:00 PM at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel.
