Obituary of Oliver Copley
Oliver M. Copley, 91, of Stuart, Florida died, December 25, 2011, at his home.
Born in Wayne County, West Virginia, he had been a resident of South Florida since 1971, having moved from Huntington, West Virginia.
Before retiring he was a bus driver for Broward County Transit. He attended the First Baptist Church of Port Salerno.
Survivors include sons, Glen Copley of Lake Worth, Florida, Oliver Copley Jr. of Hobe Sound, Florida, Larry Copley, of Orlando, Florida and Donald Copley, of Stuart; daughters Charlie Ordet of Stuart and Kim Stephanoff of Palm City; fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and 1 great- great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, of 64 years, Ernestine "Tina" Copley and thirteen siblings.
SERVICES: Visitation will be from 1:00PM to 2:00PM on Thursday, December 29, 2001 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with a service at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City
