Obituary of Otis E. and Dorothy E. Dellinger

Otis Eugene Dellinger and Dorothy Elizabeth Dellinger, both 93, of Palm City died January 27, 2009. Mrs. Dellinger died at Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart and Mr. Dellinger died later in the day at Water's Edge, Palm City. They were married for 71 years.

Mr. Dellinger was born in Hagerstown, Maryland and Mrs. Dellinger was born in Baltimore, Maryland and they had lived in Piper's Landing, Palm City for over 30 years coming from Reading, Pennsylvania.

Before retiring he had been an owner of a shoe manufacturing business and she had been a homemaker. They were of the Lutheran faith.

They are survived by daughters Janice Buddington of Viera, Florida and Linda Jackson of Tobaccoville, North Carolina; 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Mrs. Dellinger is also survived by a sister Heidi Frye of Barefoot Bay, FL.

Mr. Dellinger was preceded in death by a sister and Mrs. Dellinger by 3 siblings.
