Obituary

Pasquale Mazzella Di Bosco, 89, of Port St. Lucie, FL went to be with the Lord on July 18, 2016 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Ft. Pierce, FL.
Born in Monte Di Procida, Italy, he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 9 years, previously residing in Sunrise, FL.
Before retiring, he was an independent truck driver in Italy and a machinist on cargo ships. He moved to the United States in 1977 and worked as a cook with his brother in laws at Umberto's Restaurant and Pizzeria in Long Island and Pembroke Pines, FL.
He was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church in Sunrise and St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie.
Pasquale was enjoyed telling stories of his life in Italy, his travels all over the country in his truck and his travels abroad during his time working on cargo ships. He enjoyed reading, watching game shows and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years Angela Mazzella Di Bosco, his daughter Raffaella Coppola, her husband Gennaro, his grandsons Alessandro Coppola, Massimo Coppola, Marco Coppola and his daughter Giuseppina "Ida" Mazzella Di Bosco, all of Port St. Lucie, FL, and his brother Biagio Mazzella Di Bosco, his wife Maria of Monte Di Procida, Italy, nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in law. He was preceded in death by his brothers Domenico Mazzella Di Bosco, Andrea Mazzella Di Bosco, Gennaro Mazzella Di Bosco and Vincenzo Mazzella Di Bosco.
A Celebration of Life Mass will be held at St. Bernadette Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie on Saturday, August 6th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL.
