Obituary of Pat Mucia
Pat P. Mucia, 88, of Stuart, died December 12, 2012 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. He was born in Brooklyn, NY, and had been a resident of Stuart for 15 years, having moved from his birthplace. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps during WWII. Before retirement, he worked for the City of New York as a subway operator. He was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound, and a member of the American Legion Post#1175.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Teresa A. Mucia of Stuart; sons, Robert Mucia of Palm City, John Mucia of Borger, TX and Stephen Mucia of Tequesta; daughters, Teresa Mucia of Port St. Lucie and Patricia Gail of Montclair, NJ; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sisters, Gloria Carlo of Spotswood, NJ and Jean Mucia of Hilton Head; and brother, Raymond Mucia of Brooklyn, NY.
Visitation: 11:00AM - 12:30PM, Monday, December 17, 2012 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
Service: immediately following the visitation.
Entombment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
