IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia S.
Holland
April 16, 1944 – September 14, 2024
Reflections of Life
Patricia Sonia Grant Holland was born in Kingston, Jamaica on April 16, 1944, to Lillith Panton and Burnett Stewart. Patricia attended Camperdown High school in Kingston, Jamaica and after graduating she attended Eastern School of Accountancy. Patricia met and married Fitzgerald Grant and as a result of their union had 3 wonderful children, twins Andrea and Ricardo and 3 years later she had another son, Delano.
Patricia then migrated to the United States when she was only 22 years old. Patricia began her career with the JP Morgan Chase in the late 60's and became an Interbank Compensation Negotiator. Patricia did her job well and received numerous performance awards of excellence. She retired in 2006 after 38 years of service.
Patricia's husband passed and she later met Johnny Holland. They have been happily married for the last 16 years. Patricia enjoyed listening to reggae music, going to house parties and of course, throwing the best BBQ's in Queens. She was a great mother and a great grandmother to her nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She attended Central Baptist Church of Port St Lucie and has been a Christian majority of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lillith and Ivanhoe Panton.
Patricia said goodbye to her earthly home to be present with the Lord on September 14, 2024 and will be missed by all her family and those who knew her.
Patricia leaves to cherish her everlasting memories - her husband: Johnny, her sons: Ricardo, Delano (Vera), her daughter Andrea, her grandchildren: Shanice, Corey, Matthew, Alex, Megan, Jared, Jacob, Aaron and Milania, great grandchildren: Zander and Zayden and a host of other cousins, family, friends and Gigi her "doggie" granddaughter and her pet birds - Mango and Leo
