Obituary of Patricia Murphy
Patricia Wheeler Murphy, 86, died June 5, 2009 at her residence.
Born in Detroit, MI, she moved to Palm City in 1985, coming from Syracuse, NY.
She was a retired dental hygienist and received her degree from University of Pennsylvania Dental School.
She was a Navy veteran of World War II, serving as a chief pharmacist mate.
She was of the Lutheran faith and a member of Martin Downs Country Club.
She is survived by her sister, Ethel Janet Wheeler of Philadelphia, PA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Murphy and sister, Sally Dery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Treasure Coast Hospice, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL 34997.
No services are scheduled. Inurnment will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hills Palm City Chapel. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillspalmcityflorida.com.
