Obituary of Paul Odomirok
Paul W. Odomirok, 86, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away at the St. Lucie Medical Center, Port St. Lucie on September 25, 2013.
Born in Yonkers, New York, he was a resident of Palm City for 23 years coming from, Hollywood, Florida. He relocated to Florida in 1956 from Yonkers.
Prior to retirement he had been a truck driver for Ryder Truck Lines. He was a member of Local 390 of the Teamsters Union and the shop steward.
He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Palm City, Florida,
Survivors include sons Paul Odomirok of Sanford, Atlanta, Georgia and Karl Odomirok of Port St. Lucie; a sister, Loretta Havener of New Windsor, New York; four grandchildren, Caroline Koenigshof and Kristy Ratner both of Atlanta, Ashley of New Mexico and Paul Odomirok of Oregon; four great grandchildren, Caleb Koenigshof, Makayla Ratner, Jordan Ratner, and Brayden Ratner. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Odomirok in 1998.
SERVICES: Visitation will be on Sunday, September 29, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 30, 2013 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
