Peter J. DeSario, 73, of Palm City, passed away on February 1, 2020 at St. Mary's Medical in West Palm Beach, after a long battle with cancer. Peter was born in Akron, OH, to the late Peter and Marie DeSario, and attended Kent State University where he earned a business degree and an MBA before moving to sunny Palm City, FL with his family in 1985 to pursue his career as a stock broker. He continued to work in the financial markets and spent many years as a Market Analyst before retiring in 2016. He was a member of the New Beginnings Community Church in Palm City especially enjoying their Chrome Crosses service. Peter loved both listening to and playing music, having been a drummer at several area churches. He enjoyed riding his Harley with the Road Runners and was an avid Cleveland sports fan, claiming to have never missed watching or listening to an Indians baseball game in over 40 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Janet DeSario of Palm City; sons, John DeSario (Debra) of Montrose, CO, Paul DeSario (Mary) of Orlando, FL and David DeSario (Elaine) of Louisa, KY; 7 grandchildren; sister Diane Tinkle (Paul) of TN and brother, Donald DeSario (MaryJo) of Akron, OH.

Visitation:  4 – 6:00 PM, Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City Chapel.

Funeral Service:  1:00 PM, Monday, February 10, 2020 at New Beginnings Community Church in Palm City.

Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
