Obituary of Petrinella Matamoros
Petrinella Matamoros, 91, a seasonal resident of Port St. Lucie for 2 years, and a resident of Massapequa, NY, passed away September 23, 2007 in NY. She was born February 23, 1916 in Cuba, and she came to the United States in the 1950s. She had been a seamstress from the garment district of New York City.
She is survived by her daughter, Caridad Guerra of Massapequa, NY; grandson, Christian Guerra of Port St. Lucie, and granddaughter, Christel Jules of Port St. Lucie; and many cousins in the Matamoros and Prado families.
Visitation will be 4 9PM, Wednesday, September 26, 2007 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00AM, Thursday, September 27, 2007 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.
Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
