Obituary of Philip Riegelman
Philip Butler Riegelman, 86 of Jensen Beach, passed away May 7, 2008 at his residence. He was born February 6, 1922 in Burlington, Iowa. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during WWII. Philip received his Chemical Engineering Degree from the University of Missouri, and had worked as a Chemical Engineer for Marley Manufacturing until retirement. He had been a resident of Florida for 20 years, moving from Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a charter member of Sigma Alpha Epison Fraternity, and was a member of the Martin Downs Country Club.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ellen Riegelman of Jensen Beach; sons, Mike of North Carolina, Shawn of Jensen Beach and Mike K of New York City; daughters, Paula of New York City and Allison of Jensen Beach; two granddaughters; and a sister, Lucille Fay of Kansas City, KS.
He was predeceased by his daughter Lynn.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Monday at Forest Hills Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tom Hartley officiating.
Interment will follow immediately at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
