Obituary of Rachel Vandenabeele
Rachel Sarah Vandenabeele, 90, of Palm City, passed away at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart on December 13, 2014. She was born in Lilles, Belgium. She came to the United States in 1954, and moved to Palm City 3 years ago from Chattanooga, TN. She was a member of The Church of the Latter Day Saints in Palm City. She was a Florist before retirement.
She is survived by her sons, Claude Vandenabeele (Patricia) of Palm City, Robert Vandenabeele (Amanda) of Fleming Island, FL, Rene Vandenabeele (Monique) of Palm City, Pierre Vandenabeele (Mary) of Gloversville, NY and Edward Vandenabeele (Lauren) of Marlboro, NJ; daughter, Colette Rickard (Tracy) of Gloversville, NY; 15 grandchildren, 21 Great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Jack Vandenabeele.
Services: Memorial services will be held on January 10th, 2015 1:00pm at the Church of the Latter Day Saints, Palm City.
