Obituary of Ray West
Ray M. West, 75, of Palm City, passed away unexpectedly February 28, 2007. He was born December 6, 1931 in Quincy, IL. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. He had been a resident of South Florida since 1957, moving from St. Louis, MO. He had been in Palm City for 15 years moving from Ft. Lauderdale. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shelia Hough West of Palm City; son, Roy L. West of Ft. Lauderdale; daughter, Christine Jordan of Topeka, KS and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, March 5, 2007 at Treasure Coast Hospice, Mayes Center for Hope, 1201 SE Indian St., Stuart, FL, with Chaplain Kathy Lass officiating.
Inurnment will take place at a later date in Michigan.
