Obituary of Raymond Klejbuk
Raymond J. Klejbuk, 80, of Port St. Lucie, died October 14, 2010 at his residence.
Born in New Britain, CT, he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for the past 34years coming from New Britain.
During the Korean War, he served in the United States Army.
Prior to retirement he worked 25 years as a police officer in New Britain Police Department. He also worked as a civilian for the Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce Police Departments.
He was a member of St. Lucie Catholic Church in Port St. Lucie, FL, the US Coast Guard Auxiliary and the Port St. Lucie Elks Lodge # 2658 B.P.O.E.
He was preceded in death by his two brothers, Joseph and Lucian Klejbuk.
Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Jeannine Klejbuk of Port St. Lucie, FL; three daughters, Carol Stebbins; Patricia Vitrella; Susan Zagorski; one son, Raymond Klejbuk Jr., all of Port St. Lucie, FL; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on October 23, 2010 at St. Lucie Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow with Military Honors at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City, FL.
