Obituary of Raymond Supancic
Raymond Supancic, 87, of Stuart, Florida, died December 17, 2012 at his residence in Conquistador.
Born in Forest City, Pennsylvania, Raymond later moved to New Jersey with his family before starting work at Price Waterhouse in New York City. He graduated from NYU in 1949, and went on to work as an accountant for Alcan Aluminum Corporation for over 30 years.
Having moved from Cortland, Ohio in 1986 following his retirement, Ray was a resident of Martin County for 26 years. He loved the beauty of the area, and was an avid golfer and a former member of The Evergreen Club in Palm City.
He was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound, and a former member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Palm City.
Ray was preceded in death by his three siblings, Thomas, Edmund, and Marion. He is survived by his daughter, Carrie Rae Supancic of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and also by his companion and former spouse, Karen Mylott of Stuart, Florida.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 10:30am at St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound, Florida.
