Obituary of Reginald Sheltra
Reginald A. Sheltra, 65, of Indiantown, passed away March 19, 2007 at his residence. He was born August 14, 1941 in Newport, VT. He has been a resident of Indiantown since 1960, moving from his birthplace. He worked 47 years for Sheltra & Sons Construction Company. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Indiantown.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Amaryllis Sheltra of Indiantown; daughters, Donna Sheltra Moore of Port St. Lucie, Susan Sheltra Douglas of Indiantown, Anita Bullis Cote of Indiantown and East Montpelier, VT; sons, Donald Bullis of Stuart, Preston Sheltra of Indiantown; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brothers, Raymond Preston Sheltra of Okeechobee, and Robert Joseph Sheltra of Newport, VT; sisters, Marion Elleanna Briere of Pawtucket, RI, Rita Jeannette Besaw and Alice Pauline Edwards both of Indiantown, Lucille Rosanna Carter and Laurette Martha Marie Cote both of Newport, VT.
He was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph Reynolds Sheltra, Richard Bernard Sheltra, Robert John Sheltra, Ronald Roland Sheltra and Roger Louis Sheltra; sister, Lumina Maria Besaw.
A visitation will be 2 4:00 PM and 6 8:00 PM, with a prayer service at 7:30PM, Friday, March 23, 2007 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.
Interment will follow at Port Mayaca Cemetery, Canal Point.
